丁建林，正高级工程师，博士（油气储运），原国家管网集团总经理助理，现任中国石油学会石油储运专业委员会主任。长期从事油气储运行业相关工作，具有丰富的工程建设、生产经营等经验。Ding Jianlin, Professor-level Senior Engineer, PhD (Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation), formerly the Assistant General Manager of the National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Network Group, currently serves as the Director of the Petroleum Storage and Transportation Professional Committee of the China Petroleum Society. He has been engaged in long-term work related to the oil and gas storage and transportation industry, with rich experience in engineering construction, production and operation.
